A delicious breakfast smoothie can keep you full until lunch. This blended combination of vitamins, protein powder, fiber, and fruits is best served chilled for flavor.

Some common food ingredients included in a typical smoothie are yogurt, protein powder, juice, and fruit. A satiety smoothie combines vitamins, protein, and fiber for a rewarding daily dietary treat

Strawberries are a common fruit used in smoothies and provide a high amount of vitamin C, fiber, and potassium.

Chocolate Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of non-fat milk
  • 1 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. of whey protein powder

Combine milk, yogurt, strawberries, cocoa powder, and protein powder in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into medium glass. Serves 1.

Strawberries and Bananas Smoothie Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of fresh, hulled strawberries
  • 1 ripe medium peeled banana
  • 1/2 cup of crushed ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. of whey protein powder

Combine orange juice, strawberries, bananas, ice cubes, and protein powder. Cover and blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a medium glass. Serves 1.

Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie Suprise

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 1 cup of fresh, hulled strawberries
  • 2 large Tbsp. of uncooked oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. of maple syrup

Combine apple juice, strawberries, oatmeal, and maple syrup in a blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into a medium glass. Serves 1.

Strawberry Peach Smoothie Sweetness

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of fresh, hulled strawberries
  • 1 cup of freah, sliced peaches
  • 1 cup of ice chips
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Combine orange juice, strawberries, peaches, ice chips, and honey. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a medium glass. Serves 1.

Wild Berry Smoothie Treat

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of frozen huckleberries
  • 1 cup of frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup of wheat germ
  • 1 cup of ice chips

Combine orange juice, strawberries, huckleberries, blackberries, wheat germ, and ice chips in a blender. Cover and belend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a medium glass. Serves 1.
