ProcedureHeat overn to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the shredded hashbrowns, one egg, and salt and pepper. Next, spray cooking oil on a pizza pan. Spread the shredded hashbrown mixture evenly on the pan, but make the edges slightly higher for the "crust". Bake the shredded hashbrown mixture on the pizza tray in the oven for 20 minutes. While the crust is baking, crack the remaining eggs into a bowl and whisk it together with the 1/2 cup of milk and a little more salt and pepper to taste. When the crust has baked for 20 minutes, remove it from the oven and pour the egg mixture onto the hashbrowns. Cover it evenly. Next, scatter the bacon, green peppers, tomatoes, ham, and green onions around the crust. Top the "pizza" with the shredded cheese. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. When finished, cut the pizza with your pizza roller in wedge shapes and serve. One Breakfast Pizza serves 8 adults. Cooking TipsThere are endless possible topping combinations for your pizza.
